To help save weight using the stock hood you can remove the black sound deadening from the hood, and added benefit can hear more of the engine, turbo and intake removing it . Hope that helps

Pretty sure that’s not just sound deadening but it’s also insulation to keep heat in. Take it off and it will probably melt the hood or warp it.

@@SahilAli-nm6vq it drives like stock. everything works as oem. 35-40mpg at 70mph in eco mode still. it takes a bit more rpm to make boost so daily driving it makes less boost than it did when it was on stock turbo turned up. 2psi of boost at cruising speed just like stock.

I got the rear bushings upgraded on my X3 M Comp and the big one is a pain to get out! We did it on the car though… I now have all bushings upgraded and a larger bolt on the big bushing. Worth it
