I can’t handle it. I have gone with people that came to visit me here in Kigali. And every time I went I would get so annoyed and agitated. They follow you around and then stare as a group as you’re trying to buy from one vendor. Walking around they come at you from the left, from the right, from the front, from the back. It’s too much. No matter how much you plead with them to leave you alone so you can look at things and shop without a million people talking at you, it doesn’t work. I would go more often to that market if I didn’t deal with all that.

That was a really beautiful market! The people were very nice and products seemed to be of top quality. It was also very interesting to hear about the history of Rwanda.

Kigali looks far nicer than many British towns and the markets look amazing. The roads look in great shape too. I am shocked that parts of Rwanda are so nice!

Go outside Kigali first lol. Rwanda is overhyped. Many African countries with better economies and more developed cities.

You managed the hustler very well. I visited Rwanda and went to that same market but because of the hustlers, I got out very fast didn't get to see too much because I just couldn't deal with the many people in my face and when I do try to get something the price went up tremendously. I know it's their hustle but it was just too stressful. Good luck and great job.

Good to see these guys hussling. Everyone's English seems excellent. I think the schooling is good there. Lots of projects with international teschers. Most of these people were born after 1994. Their mood seems lighter! Really rooting for Rwandans

Indeed, there is a huge difference between the young people that are generally cheerful, and some elder people who are understandably much more edgy.
