Sick boy number one is a classic, no doubt. I almost wished he didn't name it sick boy number 2 because people go into it kind of expecting it to be like number one. Every time I listen to sick boy number 2, I hear something different and it blows me away more and more every time. Once you've heard sick boy number two a few times, you can relax more and allow it to do its magic on your body.

I have lupus and lyme..and yes! We do get talked to this way. It helps when you know how to advocate for yourself but many don't know how and they get trapped in the medical system.

Me too. Doctors kept thinking I was trying to get pain pills! Pain pills didn't do anything at all. Couldn't get them to take me serious. Drove me crazy. Such a helpless feeling.

I don't know if you or @JacquelineEdinger have finally been diagnosed or not, if not, have someone check for RSD/CRPS. I also dealt with what you mentioned and after a decade, saw a neurologist who finally figured it out. Something to think about if you're still in limbo. 💛🤘🤙✌️

@@jeffreyaverett1800 Hi, I have CRPS in my right arm from doctors mistakes. I have a number of diseases but my biggest one is chronic pain. After my right arm, every operation I have gets chronic pain. I’ve had hip replacements and there’s chronic pain. I have 3 herniated disc’s which chronic pain loves etc… I do have a pain management doctor who gives me meds and injections to ease it but it never goes away. And of course the depression that kicks in with all the pain. Thanks for your comment, much appreciated. The Ren effect ❤️

@SandraP3796 I was diagnosed with CRPS, among other things, including fibromyalgia. The CRPS started in my left shoulder and arm but had spread throughout my entire body by the time they figured out exactly what it was. I was told that if they had caught it sooner, an anesthetic nerve block could have prevented it from spreading. At the time, though, there was so little known about it (it was still called RSD at the time I was diagnosed). Your description above sounds like me to a T. The chronic pain is due to the CRPS. I have had multiple surgeries too since being diagnosed and they always inform me that there's a possibility of the CRPS getting worse because of the surgery. I have so much metal in me now that I feel like a Bionicle.

The song is still unavailable on streaming services because they are still in a legal dispute. But the video is back up since KZbin recognized that Kujo inappropriately used a copyright strike to take it down. But Ren might replace the video with the new version of the song that he’s working on without Kujo’s beat. So we are all enjoying this version of the video while we can!

Another British artist that went under the radar in the US was Jamiroquai. When Tupac was incarcerated, he couldn’t stop listening to their debut album “Return Of The Space Cowboy”. He sampled their track “Manifest Destiny” on his own track “Who Do You Believe In” A good introduction to Jamiroquai to react to would be “Alright”, from their third album “Traveling Without Moving”. I originally thought it was Kujo who dropped the copyright strike, but it was Ren talking to the KZbin senior management to get it cleared until the legal action is resolved. Yes, I've had these exact words said to me when the doctors couldn't figure out what was going on with me after the car accident I was in. The trauma response is a valid diagnosis but it's often misunderstood and relayed by practitioners incorrectly (like this).

If you can get your hands on the whole Sick Boi album, I highly recommend it. Nothing but bangers and greatness. I hadn't bought a physical CD in probably 25 years. @@debthecpn The only beat Ren purchased from Kujo is for the original "sick boi" song. The one Kujo made he went and stuck the choir in his beat without permission then sold it to Ren. Ren has a few songs he purchased beats for otherwise for all his other songs he makes his own beats. Ren mixed and tweaked Kujo's original beat to fit his song sick boi.

Yes when you have any of the autoimmune diseases that doctors if they were honest do not know where they come from. 17 to 72 M.E. suffererI was lucky enough to have periods of 2/3 years of remission in between episodes now lucky if I get 3 days in a month. This exactly how they speak to you when you know its physical not mental. Each episode would start with a silly virus . Lymes disease is easily found in the blood but you have to be looking for it.

The irony about this whole situation is that what Ren is talking about in this song is playing out in real life.
