This evolution has been so awesome to watch! And watching other people experience this awakening is almost as good as the art is. The whole world needs men like Tom, Dax, Burden, Webby, etc to be more known. Spreading the message of acceptance, faith, love and growth is a movement. HOG and SO much more.

I so appreciate hearing you say that you like hearing from the white perspective. We do feel blindly persecuted. It's about the haves and have nots and the ones willing to work hard to get ahead or choosing to sit in victimization. It's not about color. People of ALL races struggle. Fun story about how this song came about... Tom and Adam had just finished the album (Brave II), and they were just waiting on Dax to send over his verse for Black and White. Tom and Adam had each written like 16 bars, but when they got Dax's -- it was like 32-36 bars. But it was SO dope they decided they were going to have to re-write their verses -- which they did. In the end, they kept their original verses, added to them, and let Dax's verse shine. The re-written verses became this song -- which is why the double time flow is the same as in Black and White, and you can even hear the place where Tom takes his deep breath in Black and White. In the end, they ended up with two incredibly dope songs.
