Omg I almost cried watching this 😭 especially when seeing you guys interacting with the old folks and making them smile. I know that old folks homes, retirement homes and such are really boring and depressing... these people spend their last few years with other people dying all around them. Seeing them smile like a 5 year old one more time before they pass is just so beautiful and inspiring 😍😭 thank you fursuiters!!!

no sé si entenderás lo que digo pero aquí va: cuando salgo con mi Fursuit por las calles de mi ciudad Santiago de Chile lo ago no solo por usar mi traje, lo uso porque dejo sonrisas en la gente que me ve, disfruto mucho como ánimo el día a alguien y me emociona bastante cuando los niños me hablan y se sorprende al ver un perrito gigante, me llega a sacar lágrimas el cumplir uno de mis sueños, el poder animar a la gente... y me motiva el ver también a los demás Furrys que ofrecen diversión y alegría :) sigan asi, por q es muy valiosa la sonrisa q dejan en la persona

Yesterday, I was genuinely considering leaving the fandom after about 11 years, and not even 1 year of getting my first partial suit. I've dealt with criticism, bullying, harassment, and threats for telling people that I am a furry. I cried for hours, thinking that something I loved so much, was going to be pushed away because of the horrible feelings that people gave me. Then, I watched this video. You reminded me of my goal as a furry in the first place. To make people smile, laugh, and forget their troubles. I know there will always be this hate for our fandom, but now that I went through this phase, I know that I will be a part of this fandom for the rest of my life. Thank you, for reminding me of what being a furry is all about. Maybe one day, I will have the money to make the character I've always dreamed of. A service dog that goes to hospital to make children smile and laugh, and go to that wonderous place where talking animals exist. That's why I'm a part of this fandom, and thank you so so so much for reminding me of that. :')
