I don’t know if you already filmed all your Pompoween videos for this year, but I kinda wanna see a more literal interpretation of one of these older anime characters. For example, she has actual pink ovals for “blush” instead of a realistic gradient, and I wonder how close you could get to that without looking ridiculous. A literal interpretation of an older anime character, with lots of black line work and such would be pretty difficult, but if anyone can do it, you can.

When you think of Kiki, makeup isn’t what pops into my mind BUT you took this recreation of a “simple” character and took it to a makeup artists level. So many subtle changes using contour and blush to change the shape of your face and make you appear youthful and innocent. Man, I learned A LOT watching this. Bellissimo!

Kiki's Delivery Service is the first Studio Ghibli film that I've watched. Every time I feel lost (which is a lot) I go back and watch Kiki because I feel like she is so relatable. This morning I felt this unsettling feeling of being lost again until my phone notified me that you uploaded this look.
