Unfortunately you get what you pay for… quality and longevity come at a price. My husband owns a business and loses so many customers to “the cheapest bid” yet he gets calls back from these clients because it takes a crap. Then they end up spending more money in the end! Just something to think about!

I disagree. The markup on HVAC can be extra excessive. Different units or brands offer specials all of the time. At the same time, many companies like to scam people. We always research quality, ratings, and companies. We just ours redone 3 years ago. We had 3 companies bidding against each other. The lowest one won...They did an amazing job! I feel like K is smart and knows what she is doing. She will make the best choice for them.

Well, that's a bit dramatic, but you have a good point. When getting quotes for work that will be done, it's usually best to go with the mid-range quote. But they may have lucked out with this HVAC company, and I truly hope that's the case. Kylie is smart, perceptive, so I'm sure it was a good choice.
