This song really resonates with me, the childlike playfulness but somewhat foreboding undertones gives me the image of a person who has mostly stopped trying to get everyone’s attention and love to fill the hollow void in their chest, and just tries to live their life purely and happily, hence the childlike voice despite the more mature lyrics and them calling their recipient ‘ignorant’ but sometimes the want for love and attention seeps through, evident with the occasional distortion. Tl;dr This is another certified hood classic for people who yearns for love and attention by Kikuo

the singer is 绮萱 (qi xuan) according to description. technically she's not a vocaloid but ehhh~ i really like her voice. according to ACE Studio lore, qi xuan is a talented 8 year old girl. notably she's from the zhuang ethnicity, so her clothes are all zhuang-styled. there's 56 ethnic groups in in china, but 95% of chinese people are of the han ethnicity, including me. always nice to see more variety.

The forest is an image to represent sadness or pain. The female figure lightning a bit of this forest is the cute person the singer (which I am sure, is kikuo) is talking about. The most interesting thing to me in this song is that unlike most people Kikuo doesnt say his sadness comes from bad experiences, since he was born this way. Actually, it may come from knowledge, and sensibility. Chances are, if you are born intelligent and very sensible, a lot of things appear superficial to you, because you are more able to decipher the core through the facade. The core appear most generally plain once you know it. About the background, I think I finally figured out what is the girl doing. Shes using her ignorance and gentleness to lighten Kikuo's forest. Or maybe its her love. Maybe they even combined together, since there is blue and pink lightning. It could be that their union bring them mutual joy which would be why they enlighten their dark forest.

To me, this song seems to be about dissociative amnesia.
