Kilawing Kambing or Grilled Goat Skin in Vinegar is a Filipino dish made from grilled or boiled goat skin sliced in tiny pieces combined with calamansi/lemon juice or vinegar mixed with onion, ginger, salt, pepper, and other spices.
This is part one of my cooking journey when I went to my Uncle's farm to celebrate his birthday in Kapatagan, Davao Del Sur, Philippines.
