But one time when know one wanted me and I was sent to live with an aunt, I walked down to the pond and was just enjoying the peace and quiet of the woods and the water, my cousins best friend came around the tree and told me that he thought I was beautiful and he kissed me so softly and held my arm and then he just left... We were about thirteen.... I'll never forget it... It's my secret I still hold because I saw him at my aunties funeral two years ago with his wife and I was with my husband and he stared and then politely nodded his head at me.... I was horrified when they killed Fili but Kili really got me. So full of life and in love and they finished their quest. I love this love story, I was just hoping it won't end tragically.. she did not even tell him she loved him.. dam they should have first run to each other to express it not just wait and hesitate and then when he died she suddenly knew for sure.. like come on Tauriel you should have been running screaming you love him.. but maybe that look was supposed to express that but that was just a look.. I only watched the 3 Hobbit movies 4 days ago. I've watched this countless of times since then. Starting from 06:05, you can see Kili mouth the word "Amrâlimê" as the last thing he says to Tauriel. 06:05 - "Am" 06:08 - "Râ" 06:09 - "Li" 06:15 - "Mê" Then the ragged breaths from being staked through the heart, and then... his tears. amrâl translates to 'love' im translates to 'of' ê translates to 'me' amrâlimê = Love of Me Modern English = My Love I don't know why, but their short love story has affected me quite a bit. Here's to wishing that all of us find that one person who calls us "Amrâlimê" with as much love as when Kili called Tauriel "My Love" those 2 times.
