I like how after the insanity of the sword fighting in Vol. 1, no one gets killed by a sword in this movie.

Except he's wrong. Clark Kent bumbling idiot is a disguise. Superman is more himself but still an act. Clark Kent when alone with his loved ones is the real persona.

Bit of a stretch. Saying someones arm is yours, doesn't actually make it yours. And if it did then...he spent the rest of her life, wiping her ass.

The old spanish pimp Estaban is acted by Michael Parks, who also plays the Sherrif Earl McGraw in the 1st movie. He also plays that same Sherrif in 3 other movies, "From Dusk til Dawn" "Planet Terror" and "Death Proof.

Tarantino almost killed Uma in the scene where she was driving down the dirt road, he wanted her to drive faster but she was resistant because the car was not in good mechanical condition but he forced her too and there was an issue with the brakes and she lost control and drove Into a tree. The actor who played Pai Mei also played the leader of the crazy 88.

The guy who played the Sherrif in Vol 1, also plays the same sheriff in the Grindhouse films, and probably the same one from the beginning of From Dusk Til Dawn. The actor also play Esteban here in Vol 2...

The footage of Uma crashing the stunt car can be found on KZbin. The incident occurred in 2003 and it was entirely covered up by Miramax, specifically by Tarantino and Harvey Weinstein, and Uma publicly revealed it in 2018.

Did you seriously just utter the words...."I don't really know too much about Superman????" WT actual F? So when exactly did you wake up from your lifelong coma? Because other than that, or maybe being raised by wolves most of your life, that line makes zero sense. As much as the character of Superman has been woven thru virtually everyone's lives in just about every way, that line makes no sense. And the fact that you apparently know about other superheroes, like Spiderman and Batman. But you know nothing about the most popular one of them all? It would be almost unheard of for one of you to be like that, but somehow your significant other doesn't know anything either??? Seriously?

When Bee is driving her Karmann Ghia and saying she is on her way to kill Bill, at 3:00 they had removed the windshield to eliminate reflections, and re installed the rubber gasket, but they left a lip folded under in the right top corner (The cars left). As a career bodyman (The ID is a shoutout to Dark Shadows) that bothers me to no end. Tarantino is a detail man. It would kill him too now.

I don't think that they did. They repeated the last part of one of Pai Mei's lines in English immediately after he spoke it, and they referenced his likening Beatrix to a dog during the chopsticks scene. I think that the subtitles were just absent from our view.

What makes this one better than Vol 1 is that it's more character and story driven, which is more in line with Tarantino's style. Bill's stance on Superman is inaccurate. Clark Kent isn't a critique of the human race, he represents Superman’s desire to be a part of it.
@itsreeeshaaa7560

I agree with you but it’s fascinating to hear Bill (and I assume QT’s) stance on Superman and the Clark Kent persona.

It shows what a villainous mindset Bill has. Having (in his words) never been nice his whole life, he can’t truly understand the motivations of a hero. Bill leaves out one of the most important things about how Kal-El portrays Clark Kent, which is that even in his role as what could be considered a “lesser” human, he is no less of a really good guy.

Uma Thurman and Daryl Hannah didn’t get along making this film. If Daryl was on set Uma was not aloud on unless they were in a scene together. One of the major reasons their fight scene was so good and gritty!
