You can actually get a third headshot on the fist slam on cave troll. Though you may have to jump and crouch if your too slow getting out.

good video man, pro tip for when fighting the troll i recommend you minimize your movements, like dont jump or look away or run backwards, only strafe with A, that way you never get splashed

Thanks :) I don’t usually get splashed, maybe just like 1-2 times a day when I’m rushing or getting tired, but I’ll try it out!

Been trying to learn some bard, but keeping songs up in normals feels like such a chore. I’m sure it’s just automatic for bard mains lol

@@epsy8871 nahh, I think there’s other people who agree to that too. A lot of trolls mechanics are one shots. Cyclops is slightly more forgiving in that you only really need to one about his stomp and petrify (most of the time) one shotting you.

shriek has always shown rogues, its not new. all debuffs on a invis rogue is visible as far as i am aware

@@Deltsong that first cyclops kill man. jealousy. envy. been watching videos and throwing bodies at it for a couple days now and still can't kill either troll or cyclops. though tbf i'm trying to do them in base kit hr xD

@@JohnHandle- try them in norms first! You can still pull from the pile and gave the chance of getting a cyclops eye (1300 gold) or troll pelt (3k). It’s definitely worth doing even there. And with cyclops the only mechanic you’ll be missing out from learning is the petrify starting there! :)

I think it’s “somewhat” RNG… There’s two times it’ll hit you (falling onto you and “splashing) hitting the ground. But if you crouch jump (space and then control) at the right time (.5-1 second after he slams) it’ll limit the splash damage at least. Other than that, when you start feeling comfortable with the other mechanics (if you’re playing HR) you can bring in gear and just push through those phases a lot quicker.

And I hit voyager 3 just now… So I might just go attempt to go for demi this season and then call it good and mess around haha Until then there will probably be more bossing other than breaks to level other characters so I don’t burn myself out haha

Of course people run lol Bards are stupid atm along with Clerics. Why would anyone stick around and challenge that with all the buffing and debuffs you can do in a short time

They are very strong. But also easy to die with if you misplay.

I do that when I’m running norms. In gear it’s not really needed though.
