The whole story isn't being told here at all ..... Lindsay had a boyfriend... her husband was also seeing other people as well. They had been separated and both were well aware of each other's current relationships outside the marriage. This is a case of the husband and his family being narcissistic manipulating jerks doing anything they can to make Lindsay out to be the crazy drug addict that's plotting to kill her husband.

If you do a part 2 make sure to include all of the extremely WEIRD and suspicious 911 phone calls the husband made which honestly should have been included in this video. The 911 calls + the photo of him with another woman that barely even shows what he actually looks like with that message + the fact that they asked him if he was okay with the people who were allegedly trying to murder him, getting out of jail and he said yes??? Along with a lot of other things, makes none of this add up. It truly looks like him and his family is trying to set her up in some way and so far, getting away with it.

I was wondering the same thing… she could be getting set up but it’s hard because I also don’t fully believe her about the physical abuse so that’s what throws me. Even still the in laws are shady AF. I mean even just in one of the body came footages we saw the in laws reported and called the police and said that Lindsey was harassing and following them and threatening them but then in the same moment it cuts to the mom on the same police call across the parking lot and she said that Lindsey hasn’t been answering their calls and they’ve been worried that she was dead? The fuck is it? Is she harassing you or is she not answering your calls? On the same day at the same time it can’t be both.

I don't think either of them were innocent in the wrongdoing within their relationship, I think they definitely both played a part in the marriage, ultimately coming to an end. I'm definitely not super quick to jump to people being innocent or being set up, it's typically pretty obvious that the person being charged is guilty to me. But I don't know, there's something about this case that just does not sit right with me. It's like you have this case, but the details just don't make sense.

I think that Lindsay definitely didn’t do everything right. But this is all too weird. Like even from the early body cam footage of them forcefully keeping her children beyond their agreement and painting her out to be crazy and suicidal I worry that her husband’s family money will speak louder than her possible innocence. This is all just fishy and these waters are too murky for me to get a truly clear view of what’s going on.

I have a friend who was advised by a lawyer not to vacate the house during their divorce so that she would not lose it. However, things got bad and scary so she quickly left with her child to a one bedroom apt. When you are trying scared and its hell, many times people choose safety instead of holding on to the big home. Maybe it just looks bad but it seems like she was more scared of losing her lifestyle than her peace/safety. The fact that she was going to pull out her kids suitcases from exs car so they wouldnt go on the trip while she was going on a trip with her boyfriend doesnt make sense either.

The Bahamas doesn't mess around with things like this. They are very religious, and I do believe they are going to try and make an example out of her. My heart hurts for their children. I couldn't careless about her situation or his situation. They seem very toxic. The children will be the ones who suffer the most. I truly wish adults would stop putting their feelings before their children. I don't believe either parent is thinking what is best for the children. It appears to be "me,me,me, I, I, I." Wow, this is so interesting. Me and my friend group all hold kind of the opposite opinion. We all know that when you go against someone more powerful than you, more wealthy than you, with a higher social status than you - how easy that person can make everybody else think that you are crazy and either addicted to drugs or have mental health issues. I believe that she is just as toxic of a character and capable of some very stupid things, but i believe he and his family have more to lose than she does. Someone I know is going through something similar with her rich attorney estranged husband. He is a terrible narcissist behind doors and has done terrible things to her but he has plotted and used the legal system against her to press frivolous charges against her, files a protection order against her and then texts her and she responds and he sends the police to pick her up. He is trying to protect us image and his money by making her look crazy and violent. It’s terrible. It’s awful how manipulative people can be during a divorce. My daughter is close friends with Lindsay and their children are also playmates. We would always see them at the country club and Robert would sit by the pool while the kids were playing, and he would look at women in a lascivious way making them feel uncomfortable! He was abusive mentally and emotionally, but I don’t know about the physical abuse. There were always rumors about HIM cheating on her for years, and she never cheated on him until they separated. He became irate bc he couldn’t believe she would embarrass him even though he had allegedly been cheating on her for years!! He was going to make sure she didn’t get anything and we believe that he made his family and her family think he was the VICTIM! She was the one raising the boys 75% of the time bc he worked 60 hour weeks supposedly! He’s not the victim, she’s the victim! The “kill him” was just written out of anger! There was never a plot to actually do it and Robert made sure to take it out of context thinking he would get everything he wanted in the divorce and leave her with nothing even if it meant leaving their boys w/o their mom! There are videos of him being seen with women in bars and restaurants too, but his family wants to vilify her so she doesn’t get access to their fortune. They only care about money!!!! There’s so much more that no one knows about, but I feel confident that it will all come out eventually!!! TY Kendall for sharing this story today. I really hope more articles come out about him, his family, and the abuse she endured bc there are always 2 sides to every story. They had both become toxic as a couple for sure, but she was an amazing mother and her boys were the center of her universe! Both of them aren’t doing justice for their sons by essentially putting them in the middle. A child should never have to choose between their mother or their father imo‼️‼️‼️

You think this story is weird? Look into their business senior life. It's absolutely ridiculous, their insurance brokers send a $5 Check in the mail to senior citizens and then, when that senior cashes that check, they show up at their house and refuse to leave basically until you sign up for insurance. They did it to a family member of mine. Look up the reviews! What kind of "business" does that! They take advantage of seniors who are on a fixed income and still use checking accounts.

Not all the time but If you and your husband separate whoever moves out first usually has a harder time keeping the house. They favor the person that stays in it. Idk how it would’ve working with the affair in this case but that could be a reason neither one of them was willing to move out.

I thought I was going to be the odd ball by saying I don’t think this is enough to convict her. His family and him are super wealthy and probably realized they would have to “get rid of her” legally to keep their money and the boys in their control. Her text was bad, yes, but I think when she realized she couldn’t use the private jet, she was doing what rich people do the best… throwing a tantrum when she didn’t get her way and said/did something bad. I’m sure the ultra rich family did this to ensure the divorce would settle in her exs favor.

Honestly after watching Christina Randall's videos since the beginning of this case and looking at different body cam videos I truly do believe that the husband and his mommy are setting her up. It is truly cruel what they put Lindsey through psychologically with her own children and how they have completely destroyed her reputation image however you want to put it when he was having his own Affairs he was doing his own thing and he was verbally abusive it's in her divorce filing against him. If she was so mentally unhinged then he spent all this time with her being abusive where all the videos at him and his mom we're quick to call the cops but nobody ever pulled out their phone I just don't buy it at all and I don't agree with what she said in that text message I don't but I don't believe that this was all by chance. His mom literally called the cops when they were supposed to be meeting up with the children because Lindsay was " following them" and she had substances and a weapon in the vehicle when she did not it was already pre-arranged she was going to get the kids. She wanted Lindsay to get hurt by law enforcement.

As a child of divorce, I can honestly say that parents *very* often become extremely selfish and forget that their children are involved in this divorce as well, not just them. It's truly so sad, and it affects the children so hard. I'm not sure where I stand on this case, I feel like there has to be a lot more evidence than what has come out to get a 'beyond reasonable doubt' conviction tbh, but I do know that I feel so much for these children.
