Speaking of spreading misinformation on cancer treatments - have you heard about the MLM bossbabe "ImBossLee"? She did actually have colon cancer, and she sadly passed away recently, but her whole thing was to talk in detail to her millions of followers about her search for alternative treatments, ignoring her traditional doctor's pleas for her to start chemo. She blasted her trad docs online, and started doing coffee enemas, etc... The scariest thing is - she, at a few points in her recovery journey, said loud and clear - I'm in remission, my blood works came back perfect, the cancer is gone... There's still no reliable info out there on how many people she might have influenced. I do understand that when you actually get a terminal diagnosis, your thoughts start running a million different ways, and there is some info out there on how she herself was brainwashed by these "holistic gurus", and that's sad also.

Lots of families have members with autism. It’s not a source of self-pity for those people. I worked for 44+ years full time as a direct care human services counselor. Teaching self-respect is vital; and that woman claiming (FALSELY no less!!) that her own brother has autism makes my skin crawl…

As someone who is an 8-year cancer survivor (stage 1 cervical cancer - had a radical hysterectomy and 6 weeks of radiation) and has lost several family members to different cancers - stories like this make me extremely angry. Cancer is an awful diagnosis and for someone to fake having it is just outrageous. I cannot fathom what people like Belle are thinking when they are faking a devastating illness. Ugh
