ACTUALLY it's not on Netflix, Hulu nor Crunchyroll so the only way to watch it is to buy the final set to view it or watch it on Kissanime. It's unfortunate that we can't watch the OVA legally as IMAO this was considered the true ending of Kill la Kill rather than the rushed final episode (Episode 24) as this was considered a resolution of the entire series and we got to know what happened to Hououmaru.

Please tell me your joking? it is supposed to signify their friendship and bond through the scissor blade, and the journey they had made to bring them to that point, it isn't just at 0:50 its throughout the whole scene of her presence being giant in the sky, 0:25 for example.

Kawaii Wolf Chick Jeez your not joking, yes he is dead, Yes I did point out why she is shown to be wearing him, no she isn't actually wearing them, it is meant to be symbolic, he is dead, the parts showing Senketsu at 0:25 and 0:50 are SYMBOLIC, it is meant to be like that, it isn't an error, it isn't him being alive again, it is the same as when the scissor re-entered the planet from space, senketsu's voice was heard, please understand, it is meant to be showing us that his will lives on in the bond between ryuko, him and the scissors. I know what your talking about, I've seen the entire thing back in 2014 when it came out, but unlike you i understood it all perfectly and how amazing it was symbolically, don't get me wrong im not trying to be angry or anything, just informative, im just very passionate, sorry.

She didn't want to kill her, plus the scissor blade didn't had any effects on Shinra Koketsu, the only thing that could stop her was absorbing Shinra Koketsu's power, which caused Senketsu's ending

This is a non canon episode. From what I remember reading, this episode was essentially an excuse to put a mech in Kill La Kill as they decided Kill La Kill won't have mechs. So as it's a non canon episode, it doesn't matter if there's a mech.
