It was really fun with Jimmy and the allies card. But I think this is a game that should be play with 4 or 5 people. And the 50-50 mod is better in my opinion. Amazing ending twist, good job Ian, but Don would live in a world without any other allies and with no video-game. I'd rather die!

DMC5 with Dante is pretty 1-1 with your commands except for a few specific combo specials. Pretty much everything is dodge or block or jump cancelable and responsive, it's pretty incredible to get into the controls in that regard. Requires some dexterity and hand-eye though

People often forget about Demon's Souls when talking about Dark Souls and Bloodborne huh? A lot of the obtuse stuff and levels with hidden paths and secrets and shortcuts and the multiplayer mechanics are things that Demon's Souls had already done. Dark Souls just connected the areas better with some mechanical/balance tweaks

Wouldn't it make sense to keep the selected card separate and then reshuffle after the first round? If someone was wicked smart they could remember the order. You're still stuck on the choices but you could in theory keep track.

I would argue it's not overrated, but the old ones were all amazing as well and IMO 3 was better at least content/gameplay wise. I don't really feel the need to replay 2018, but I've replayed through the other ones multiple times.
