To people who want to play this game. I haven't seen anything in comments or on Twitter by the people who made it. But if you want to play this There's a game called metagame. It has a bunch of what are basically subject & topic cards. One of their early versions 2011 was video games based, it's out of print. But they give out the PDF on their website to print and play. It comes with extra blank cards that you can edit for yourself for games you want to put. They have expansions for scifi, film, and games (or competitions in general). Im pretty sure you can play this game with the print-and-play or any of the expansions

This was probably the best Kill Your Babies episode yet. Love the random element of the face down cards. Felt like it gave a lot of other games a shot at winning. The Chrono Trigger cut was the top 10 anime betrayals of the episode for me.

This was fun... and the card game is really cool too. However this card game needs more "game Cards", including- "Street Fighter III & IV, Persona 3, Metal Gear Solid 3 & IV, Castlevania: original, III & Rondo of Blood, Final Fantasy IV, Phantasy Star II & IV, Fallout 3, Vanquish, Mortal Kombat II & 9, Uncharted 2 & 3, Secret of Mana, Okami and Sonic the Hedgehog: 1, 2, 3, CD, Knuckles, Adventure, Adventure 2 and Mania."

I'm with you. My family didn't have a console growing up so I don't have the nostalgia for a lot of popular classics like Metroid or Metal Gear. Skyrim was an early game I played on my PS3 when I moved into my first apartment and really instilled a love of open world games for me.

Ian’s excuse for hating witcher 3 is also crappy, he judges it on how it was realised rather than how it is now, won’t hear anything to the contrary

I'm not done with the episode (only round one) but I wanted to say I think it would be fun to let each person save a game from the eliminated pile at the end of round one, similar to how shielding worked in the original. Or you guys could even shuffle the deck and pull a random card to save each. Edit: Only the first round. YESsss Metal Gear won another kill your babies!

@@Nergal134 Tropical Freeze, Super Metroid and Symphony of the Night are the only one's I'd really fight for out of all of them. But even then those aren't my favorites from those series. I also like SMB3, Tetris, Shadow of the Colossus and NeiR Automata but I wouldn't be terribly worked up over losing them in a game like this. Also for some I just think they are bad games. Even if I love their series, like Pokemon Red/Blue are just objectively bad games even if I love Pokemon.
