One of the most underrated crews from UK, don't know why cos they made some absolute classic bangers thru the years. One of my fave acts from here along with Hijack, Standing Ovation, SL Troopers, Gunshot, Krispy 3, Son of Noise, Silvah Bullet, Katch 22,. Such a great sound the UK had then, We still stand tall!!!

Oh yes! Thats realy true, Killa Instinct one of the Pioneer Britcore Crew. I love it, since many years. Bandog the carismatic MC, i saw them in middle 90's live - unforgettable -D.J. Geta & Snypa too - great respect ever!

Saw these and Killa Instinct in the early 90's in Leeds. Whilst having a doobie down the alley at the side of the club Mercury and Alkaline had the same idea and came out of the side door. Had 10 minutes with them having a chat and a smoke. I still have the AAA pass they gave me as a memento. Bought my Killa Instinct vinyl direct from Bandog at the same gig. Proper underground shit.

I think there was great hip hop coming out on both sides of the pond, and to be fair the yanks did do it better, but the English Guys did it well considering the limited resourses we had at our disposal back in those days, there was great UK artists like Gunshot, Blade, Katch 22, Killa Instinct & London Posse, lets not forget the great US hardcore acts at the time, Paris, Wu Tang, Showbiz & AG, Blackmoon, BDP, CMW etc.
