Naruto shippuden had aliens😐 and why would boruto be about just shinobi? Naruto and sasuke are broken and it would be dumb asf to bring out a shinobi that can magically rival their power plus the reason why villains like madara,pain, etc exist is because the shinobi world was at constant war but now that naruto achieved peace it makes sense that no new madara has shown up yet.
