If she was the first and second personifications of the character that were villains is alright but Caitlin Snow wasn't a villain in the comics she suffered an accident and only killed people to keep herself alive while finding a cure for her condition since in the comics they tried to kill her and that's why she got her powers but she never meant any harm Caitlin Snow's Killer Frost is actually a member of the Justice League along with Captain Cold a former enemy of The Flash.
