My NDZ 13 lb spring for gen 4 just came in and it’s installed. Did a full mag slide release test, faced the gun up to let it fight gravity… works like a champ. Thanks for test idea

Lovin this, working on my G19 build and going with a threaded arc division comp, been told the stock recoil spring is finicky so I had my eye on killer innovations 13lb spring. Was curious if you ever got word back from the guy that commented about the 15lb?

Question. So my p80 had a problem that the p80 were weight too light that cause the recoil weak to extract the spent case ( limp wrist) so i’m thinking does the lighter recoil spring will make my glock recoil heavier so that it could extract the spent case easier? Is that 13 or 15lbs possible to fix it?
@JARG Жыл бұрын
If your spring is too heavy, the slide will not go back far enough to eject and cycle. If the recoil spring is too light, it will cycle but not go into battery or when trigger is pulled, the slide will rock back

I recently added a Comp on my glock19 gen 3 . And I left the OEM recoil spring . I’m new to the whole comp community . Would you recommend changing the recoil spring ? I wanna know how they work with each other , like how the recoil spring affects the comp . Because I did have a few failure to eject . Not a lot but few.
@JARG15 күн бұрын
@@unlikelyhero830pope3 a lighter recoil spring will help the FTE. Dont go too lite or it’s not heavy enough to feed when a new mag inserted. Factory should be like 15lbs. I would go with a 13lbs spring
