Can you plz do a video on Boxing/MMA workout vs Pehlawani/Desi workouts and compare the practicality/functionality and sports specific vs overall fitness nature. I keep hearing stamina stamina in regards to pehlwani workouts is this stamina the same as that in boxing workouts? Because I'd say boxing workouts are one of the hardest and best for stamina purposes. And do desi workouts improve joint/bone strength compared to boxing workouts?

I myself try to incorporate a 10min shadow boxing session when ever I can...✌️... Plus I do these Exercises as well.. I don't know if they're too different... both pehalwani and boxing are sports ... They both require stamina... Wrestling might focus a little extra on strength training...lifting, swinging...Push-Ups etc... while striking requires both but mostly speed and stamina It's an interesting topic... ✌️
