it work for upper chest shoulder and tricep nd glutes and its also a kegal if doone properly withproper breathing do the RAM DAND ONLYY IF if u donot breath properly u will develoop breathing issue i did than i worked it out and in this process on more is there its called ram dand in which we go from expanded v shape to snake pose
