I've been challenged with the SMART model at work for the last several years and never really got it since it didn't seem to apply to my work life, or fit in with my role. It never occurred to me to apply to my Mandolin practice - that now makes way more sense. I now feel like a new world of meaningful practice has just been opened up to me. Thank you so much yet again, Wayne. More brilliant words of wisdom. Happy new year to all the family and I hope it's a really great one for y'all
