I don't know if you saw the drama / documentary on Freddies Life through the 80's right thru until his unfortunate death in 91 but I think his portrait of Freddie was just spot on & at times I had to keep on reminding myself that , that is not the real Freddie Mercury it's an actor but he was so sharp & got all of his mannerisms bang on .

2018: now they have a movie coming out called bohemian rhapsody and omg John blunt would have been perfect for the role.. unfortunately he didn’t, I’m hoping this actor will be good, he looks slightly like Freddie except not as a perfect look alike like John Blunt. November 2nd is when it premieres !

As I said elsewhere, I have no appetite for those ITV Biopics or projects in that vein. And with that being said? John Blunt was incredible and deserves every accolade- he knocked me on my ass with his amazing, empathetic performance and made me humbled! Excellent work, he elevated that entire docu-biopic.

I saw him in the Who Wants To Live Forever documentary and he was sooooo freaking good! Sounded and looked just like Freddie! Didn't know he was Australian. I actually thought he was in lots of makeup and had a fake mustache and putted on a voice for the documentary but in this video he actually looks like him! Even his voice! So shocking but awesome! I've got to meet him and see him perform as Freddie!

Yes at certain times through the making of the Doco the mo was fake. There were multiple mustache's and beard's used in the doco.

I think everyone wonders about that. I thought Rami Malik was good - until I saw "A Great Pretender". I honestly couldn't distinguish which parts were FM. I had to just work out the film footage I know he didn't take part in. Beggars Belief
