Majority of animals in captivity were rescued or born there, and the reason they are there is that the veterinarians believe they wouldn’t survive in the wild. So yeah you can look at it as cruel due to limited space etc, but with aquatic life it’s hard to give that space in such an enclosed environment. And at the end of the day they are doing what’s best for the animals.

Who CARES IF IT WAS SAVED IN THE WILD. It’s miserable in captivity, and you are just prolonging it’s miserable death by saving it and bringing it somewhere its going to HATE. Look at it’s fin, it’s flopped over. Look at how small that tank is, orcas need entire oceans to thrive. If it was rescued it shouldn’t have been, it would’ve been killed off quicker instead of having to endure years of torture in a confined space having to entertain people for a couple fish.

Why would you want to see one in captivity? You have no problem with them being stolen from their families and imprisoned?

@@CoreyMillionaire2029 6 to 7 feet is incredibly tall that is even more horrific to know oh my goodness absolutely heart wrenching to know that these incredibly intelligent animals are being kept to slaves essentially and die having the worst quality life. I wish that people cared about the well-being of animals, especially as we learn to understand that they are smarter than we would like to believe:(

@@ulisesicelandic? Maybe ur confused this is pretty black-and-white. The orcas obviously not being cared for right and the dorsal fin on the back slumped over that is a sign of depression and a poor quality of life in the animal. Literally a basic orca fact.

they use their clicks and sonar etc to tell density. they know we are not we animals, they know we have different bones and that we have different “feedback”, it’s the same way they know a seal and a shark are different from miles away. they don’t hurt us on purpose
