Bc there was no culpability ie., legal responsibility for a criminal act or individual's blameworthiness. It also refers to the mental state (mens rea) that must be proven for a defendant to be held criminally liable. She stabbed him, her own dog & herself. Drug induced psychosis is a terrible thing & he knowingly gave it to her when he knew the potency level. Tragic consequence for his actions, but he does have accountability in this.

@@GingerNinja1Ignoring that he’s the victim and defending her is possibly one of the most vile things I’ve ever read. If a crack head killed your loved one and got away with it, you would certainly think differently. And psychotic, really? She started attacking herself once she saw the police, a perfectly rational mind, she understood what she had done and was choosing to end her life, sounds like pretty rational thought. Also she is appealing to get even less of a punishment, showing she has no remorse and thinks she shouldn’t get a punishment at all. She doesn’t regret this, she is smiling thinking about getting away with this and people like you defend her
@rinkohorowitz3 ай бұрын
@@melodawg2k211 You are being emotional. The fact is that there was not sufficient evidence to prove mens rea or legal culpability. The victim shares blame here. She even stabbed herself and her dog. She was clearly under some form of drug induced psychosis. Nobody in their right mind does that, nor do they stab their best friend 108 times for no reason. Whether she feels sorry or not is irrelevant. Many people would be upset if they were being charged of something they did under the influence of a possibly laced drug. Now she will know not to try this again. The agenda pushers will try and claim that this is a failure of the judicial system instead of what it really is: a result of the lax attitudes toward drug use and its promotion in mainstream media, causing youths to die or succumb to psychosis via laced marijuana.

If you think that the legal system is constantly charging different people then you must be new here. 👋hi I had a case with six people they insisted on us being stuck together. It was five women and one man. The man was the only one to get the public defender and had priors. He had also won a large lawsuit several years prior for something that happened at that jail/courthouse. The four women got the harshest punishments of 30-60 jail, 2-3 probation, and $500+ in fines. The guy and me ended up with the lighter sentences. He got 1 probation and the $100 fines were waved when he got through probation with no violation. I refused probation and did 30 because I was transient and I found they kept their jail running on probation violations. Only one other person was not in for probation violations the whole month. Every time they had a bunk open they would pick someone up on a violation. 🚨👮🏻♂️🚔🤑💰

Honestly though, look at the guy. In real shape, NO WAY he lets a regular skinny girl like that overpower him able to stab him 100 times, no possible way he couldnt take her down and disable her, UNLESS she was on some super strength relentless toughness, like ppl be getting when they do crck. Its wild but try to go fight a crkhead while high, watch how they just be eating yo punches 😭😭😭

It's nuts she was sentenced to community service, and even crazier she's appealing the decision, because chances are she'll get time instead. But the guy was a jerk for trying to convince people to smoke if they're reluctant.

The comment coming from a woman who said she was in a psychosis, yeah that's reliable. He made her or tried to convince her to smoke marijuana. He's dead don't blame him and can't refute the allegations that she's making.

I'm surprised tbh. ...I knew a guy who got psychosis from smoking mull, he thought he was famous, he ended up in a mental hospital for a while! He couldn't remember majority of what happened...

First of all she is an adult so why is the victim being blamed for pressuring her?? And the victim unfortunately isn't here so why is anyone believing her story? Its the most ridiculous thing Ive heard. She sounds entitled af not taking any accountability or showing remorse. Had it been the other way around the guy would have been shot down or be locked up for life.
