Bc there was no culpability ie., legal responsibility for a criminal act or individual's blameworthiness. It also refers to the mental state (mens rea) that must be proven for a defendant to be held criminally liable. She stabbed him, her own dog & herself. Drug induced psychosis is a terrible thing & he knowingly gave it to her when he knew the potency level. Tragic consequence for his actions, but he does have accountability in this.
@IanYoungFineArt

@@GingerNinja1 You don't know that he gave it to her. That's her side of the story. Wanna know what his side was? You can't! Because she stabbed him 108 times to death. @@GingerNinja1Ignoring that he’s the victim and defending her is possibly one of the most vile things I’ve ever read. If a crack head killed your loved one and got away with it, you would certainly think differently. And psychotic, really? She started attacking herself once she saw the police, a perfectly rational mind, she understood what she had done and was choosing to end her life, sounds like pretty rational thought. Also she is appealing to get even less of a punishment, showing she has no remorse and thinks she shouldn’t get a punishment at all. She doesn’t regret this, she is smiling thinking about getting away with this and people like you defend her
@rinkohorowitz
@rinkohorowitz 3 ай бұрын
@@melodawg2k211 You are being emotional. The fact is that there was not sufficient evidence to prove mens rea or legal culpability. The victim shares blame here. She even stabbed herself and her dog. She was clearly under some form of drug induced psychosis. Nobody in their right mind does that, nor do they stab their best friend 108 times for no reason. Whether she feels sorry or not is irrelevant. Many people would be upset if they were being charged of something they did under the influence of a possibly laced drug. Now she will know not to try this again. The agenda pushers will try and claim that this is a failure of the judicial system instead of what it really is: a result of the lax attitudes toward drug use and its promotion in mainstream media, causing youths to die or succumb to psychosis via laced marijuana.

I’ve seen men get light sentences and women get larger sentences than similar cases. If you think that the legal system is constantly charging different people then you must be new here. 👋hi I had a case with six people they insisted on us being stuck together. It was five women and one man. The man was the only one to get the public defender and had priors. He had also won a large lawsuit several years prior for something that happened at that jail/courthouse. The four women got the harshest punishments of 30-60 jail, 2-3 probation, and $500+ in fines. The guy and me ended up with the lighter sentences. He got 1 probation and the $100 fines were waved when he got through probation with no violation. I refused probation and did 30 because I was transient and I found they kept their jail running on probation violations. Only one other person was not in for probation violations the whole month. Every time they had a bunk open they would pick someone up on a violation. 🚨👮🏻‍♂️🚔🤑💰

You can't give leniency to someone because they were under the influence of a drug. Even if that person has an unusual reaction to it. How's that any different than someone who drives while drunk and kills someone in a car accident? Or a parent who passes out from heroin, and leaves their child unattended? She needs to be punished for her actions! Don't even get me started on the dog!

So the prosecutors and judge have told this female that she need not worry about punishment because they will not punish her. So she repays their gift by saying she is going to appeal their non-punishment. Then she goes so far as to continue blaming her victim. She knew what she was doing. And no. She did not stab herself. She scratched herself. Her date and the dog were stabbed. Her behaviour after all of this is also very telling.
