Allergies are tricky because they can change any minute. I took a medication for 8 years, and one day the ER gave it to me, then the next day when they gave me the same medication, I immediately went into anaphylaxis, got an epi pen in each leg and thru IV, but my heart stopped for over 2min, then I was in acoma for almost 2 weeks. So he could have not been allergic, then he became allergic, its actually super common to have allergies change throughout someone's life. Good thing you knew how to react 🙌 it goes to show how dangerous these bees are. Thank you for what you do, i cant even imagine how many lives youve saved

We just bought land, untouched beautiful land 2 1/2 acres in the high desert California. We haven’t done much hiking yet since it’s too hot, but once cools off we will be looking to see if there’s any bee hives/nests. So far we’ve just had a couple of seemingly aggressive bees after fruit juice and tea. Other than the couple have no idea where they may bee from. Once it cools off we will explore our property more thoroughly to see where any bees may bee. If so, do you get out to the area near Lucerne Valley, California? If we do happen to see any bees, rest assured, we will certainly leave them bee, and get an expert to deal with them.

I’d recommend a 2nd generation antihistamine instead of Benadryl. It causes drowsiness and dizziness, which isn’t ideal when working in a dangerous situation in the heat/sun where you need to be alert. We now have 2nd generation antihistamines, like Allegra, Zyrtec, and Claritin, which work better for allergies and also do not have the side effects.

Reed or Hosh I have a question. It looks like the water or sewer pipes are leaking. Is that honey still safe to harvest or do you toss it just to be safe? To be honest I would be nervous about eating it. I have read that honey can grow mold or ferment if it is exposed to moisture. Thanks

While in a healthy hive, (which this was) the bees take care of it. Also honey lasts forever. If it gets too much moisture it turns into mead(wine)! Remember that even bacteria cannot live in honey! Also any comb that we get that is contaminated in any way gets discarded.

Just my opinion, but I think the videos would be a lot more interesting. If you didn’t spend the first half hour going back-and-forth to get what you need, while complaining, all the while of how difficult and dangerous the bees are. We already know that it’s dangerous, We’re looking for the resolve to the problem from a professional ready to take on the problem. I submit this respectfully.

Respectfully, what I read: "Please tailor your content for me and me alone, because the only people who watch this channel feel the same way I do." The channel gets around 150-300+ new subscriptions a week. You're going to hear the same thing every time, lest some numbnuts thinks it's a DIY channel (not that a determined numbnuts will listen anyway). Different people are looking for different things. Me, I'm here for the fun, and if the guys say the same thing 1000 times it's just fine by me, I understand why he does it, and therefore we made a livestream drinking game out of it. And, as a someone who's been out on jobs with these guys, I can tell you the same things go on whether or not the cameras are rolling. That may not be your cup of honey-sweetened tea, but that's the way it is. Fast forward to what you want to see. On this particular job they had a guest. This is a scary situation for the team because they never know how the guest will react, or whether he will get stung or what else might happen. It's a lot to think about, especially when there are people or animals around. That's why there won't be any more inexperienced guests. It's just too risky.
