I have seen the movie and have now watched several interviews of the director and the actors. You can see that they are proud of this film and they well should be, It will be in my opinion one of the most important films of my lifetime. Martin Scorsese has made many great movies but this is beyond that. He and the actors seated here and many others in the film have taken their ability as artists and transformed that talent into a work that preserves culture and history in a way that will seep into a nation that for all it's greatness does not on whole appreciate the study of either. Lily Gladstone is the most important part of the film to me. Her performance is at the heart of the experience of seeing this movie and learning of this story.

Martin Scorsese has a tremendous filmography, I hope he takes home his second Academy Award for directing this film, Killer of the Flower Moon is an American story that needs to be told.

The film will bomb at the box office. Marty is pure middling. The sensibilities of an engineer with average vision. Lilly will win an Oscar while Marty will simply get older.

This was a fantastic movie- the acting all around was staggering. Never even knew about these murders till this movie came out and Di Niro was harnessing his Capone style for this- even had a shaving scene similar to in The Untouchables. Amazing.

Leo has been a person that always had his hands and his thoughts into climate change and the world and indigenous people. He been talking about that for probably over 10 years. So hes not new to this. He truly believes in the things that he says. I believe he was an ambassador for something with the UN I forgot what it was . Hes talked awith Obama on th3 melting of the north pole. He visited with the Pope Vatican, so hes a very just a very open. Honest person aside from his private life in all honesty. Who cares? , Leo has followed his heart into a lot of causes for the US for America and for other areas in the world. He's a humanist. ❤ He has made several documentaries regarding climate change and the damage that has been done to the earth❤

he is a real climate warrior - taking his multi million dollar yacht and private plane everywhere he goes. so strong so brave so outspoken on climate change. hypocrite. during a drought in california he had his gardeners water his lawn every day and chose to pay the fine instead of having a brown lawn. yeah he is a special one all right

Excuse me, I don't want to offend anyone with this.. but if you read the book before you see the movie, isn't it a bit like you're ruining the movie experience? Because you will know how it will end, all the implications of the plot, etc..
@alejoparedes2388 Жыл бұрын
@@youmovie1359 It's an understandle concern, and in most cases it'd be warranted. But Scorsese said his movie, while telling the same story, will take a different approach to it. Not that I've seen the film to confirm this, but it seems to me, from reading the early reviews of the movie, that it and the book are very different (and hopefully, equally rewarding) experiences.
