Everyone complained about LANKY Mario being removed from SMM2. Though the FIRST appearance of a "LANKY" Mario, was apparently in Mario Teaches Typing: ..Swimming level.. Also apparently; all of Marios' elevators as seen in other games, originated in a game and watch title named: Marios' Cement Factory. OF COURSE! A factory!!
