does the clothes catch on to thorns or other sticky plants ?

Yes, it is not a slick surface, I do have their thin shell jacket, and that has more of a wicking material and it seems to not attract as much

Not to bad, when just bending the arms or movements inside it is very quiet, but it does make that whooshing sliding fabricy sound when you rub against it
