KILLINEY DUBLIN. BONO'S HOMESTEAD

Killiney is about 10 miles south of Dublin City Centre. The best way to get there is by the Dart electric train. Killiney hill is a must visit if you want to see panoramic views of Dublin City, Dublin Bay, the Irish sea, and spectacular coastal views towards the town of Bray and the Wicklow Mountains.
It is a place where a lot of rich and celebrities have made it their home.

Very good ! Well done . Bono’s house is 1, Vico . You were at the big gates . The R4 car might be part of his fleet of cars that are 25 years + old ! Maybe one of his staff! Enya’s castle is quite large and has great views to the south East. She is quite a recluse and seldom wanders in the area. Complete recording studio on the property . Look up Harry Latham’s book ,Walks in Dalkey - that will give you some ready prepared walks !!!!!

I think playwright Hugh Leonard was from Dalkey. I grew up near there and have been in both places many times. Vico road is known as the Beverly hills of Dublin lol. The views are stunning and the walk up also.
