Fairly certain Matt has it right on the money for how Lindsay broke the AI. The counter is, or at least above it is, inhabitable space. AI, thinks you are going to occupy space in melee range, so it spams attack and either due to odd collision detection or inbuilt player bias, players attacks hit and the big daddy's didn't. I expect that the loop broke because Lindsay veered to close to the uninhabitable pillar at the end

Likely due to the extra range the attacks have they were also hitting the counter early, stopping the attack and pushing the Big Daddy back slightly. But since the player is still in melee range the loop continued. Meanwhile, the tighter hitbox of the player attack goes right over the counter.

The game is definitely designed with solo wrench being doable in mind, there's an Achievement for wrench-only runs. No other Plasmids than Telekinesis is tough but manageable

@@lpharmer3496 I love the positivity and the wherewithal that others may not be be physically able but despite the odd symptoms that came with my new onset type 1 diabetes: blurred vision, leg swelling, dry skin, acne, blisters, sore throat, trouble breathing out my nose, trouble focusing, fatigue, skin sensitive, trouble holding my arms and legs straight, chest pain, stomach pain, constipation, and gas. No I'm not kidding that's what happens when you go from blood sugar of 400 to 70-180 and my boss can suck it. I was slowly dieing of acid blood ( diabetic ketoacidosis) every time he chewed me out. Despite all that the joint pain in my knees and back went away and jumping is the one thing I can do now that I couldn't before.. well that and give myself an injection.

You guys picked one of the worst places for this challenge you want a easier change and a way to do it in style is in fontain fisheries uses the exploded torrents and explosives there with Tele you can easily do it I had to a few times on hard mode cuz I ran out of ammo fighting splicers there
