how are you reloading that fast with the railgun just with the perk ? 19:00

It's a trick called "reload cancelling". Basically when you reload, the actual reloading (where the ammo counter fills up) is faster than the reloading animation itself. You can cancel the animation by bashing then shooting with the gun, which cancels the animation completely.

Also I have the "stability" perk skill, which lets me reload 30% faster when I am crouching.

Yeah, I had motion blur on which kind of screwed the quality. The newer KF2 videos don't have motion blur though, so watch these instead. 👍
