Also a good weapon for the semi-med survivalist. Sure, killerwatt exists, but the high healing per shot, and EMP on hit, this makes it a excellent heal-mez gun Run from fps though you cant do jack shit

Medic Pistol, Medic SMG, Hemogoblin, and the healing bat is the best build in my opinion. You can weaken fleshpounds with the hemo and block them off from attacking your team or breaking your line of defense. When the hemogoblin debuff weres off you do a bat AoE which will panic any zed and allow you to reapply the debuff. Also the Hemo heals more than other weapons and with buffs and debuffs you can make a fleshpound do 60% less damage. The 40% damage buff for your team is also massively op

Is it the same as the railgun, where firing the lock on mode only does partial damage compared to manual aiming?

It does the nailgun lock on damage always.

It's exactly like the railgun but with emp power on the bullets and a dart launcher instead of the railguns ability to toggle lock on. So you can't turn off lock on mode. It deals the same damage as railgun in lock on mode. And just like railgun it doesn't matter if it actually locks on or not, the damage is the same as long as it is in the mode. But since hrg incision emp locks scrakes it is really good for saving your team from raging scrakes with the lock on. And the dart deals slightly more damage than winchester and is hitscan.

I'm saying that not locking on in Lock on Mode (hip fire or scope before it locks on) does the same damage as locking on in Lock on mode. The mode switching (signified with the icon) is what affects damage, not the locking on mechanism actually being utilised. I tested it months ago so not new behaviour.

as a medic main i think than the incision is kinda stupid, not because of the dmg. it's more because of the emp than deals that sht it's just ez mode, they should make it 2000 dosh non upgradable

I mean you combine it with the 401 and you can't upgrade either. Sometimes your team is too good that you just have to shoot instead of heal, and this thing fits the bill perfectly. Also great for long range bloat and edar kills.

If these reskins came with some original guns it would be cool. But with the only original content being locked behind paywall its just killing the game. I want them to make a proper DLC. 1-2 new perks, new weapons for everyone, new maps, maybe a new zed(if they can make a fun to fight one). I dont know the pricing that would work, but I would happily drop 40-50 for that.

After using the Incision for a good it now that it's live I must say the Incision is a much needed addition to the medic arsenal, being able to heal allies though entire hordes of enemies for a good chunk of HP where other guns would've been body blocked (especially the 501 since sirens are an additional threat to blocking heals), been primarily running it with the healthrower in full squads or the smg/shotty in smaller squads.

Yes it does , i was testing with a friend how much it heal He was at 1hp and he ended up with 60 but its a little bit hard to hit with it because its not aimed like the other weapons
