Still working on the map guys, Just trying to figure out the exact layout in the beginning of the game so I can piece it together, make modifications for the use in KF, and I will release it for testing soon.

awesome looks great. a question about the fog is it volumetric or a particle based system. how does it work technically.

So it is a emitter/particle system. You can use 3d assets as particles, or you can use default settings and just apply textures with transparency to them and make them say fall fast, or slow, or be smoke, move slow, high or low or wide, can even make sparks etc. They sadly did not have a serious volumetric system like they do in the newer unreal engines. back in 2009 when this was made, well from 2005 to 2009, as it was a mod, then made retail by tripwire lol, it only used unreal engine 2.5 i believe. But i kind of over did it with the fog here, going to tone it down a bit just wanted to see were it would bring my GPU to its knees lol. want to make sure it is always at least 60fps for people.

@@WraithDesignz keep up the good work buddy. it sucks they dont show hwo to do htis all in newer game engines with thse old school techniques for higher fps.
