This band deserved so much more success on a global scale. Australian talent is so damn underrated, it's not even funny anymore. Thank you, Killing Heidi, for entertaining us for all these amazing years.

As a 17 year old in 1999, I was so in love with Ella. She was so cool back then and She still looks great now.

I met the band in Goulburn NSW when I was in my 20's. They were getting lunch in a place I went for lunch myself. The band were pretty laid back and easy to get along with, normal people.

These comments always crack me up. Of course they are normal people. What were you expecting? We are all just people 🤣🤣🤣

I was lucky enough to see them live in Sydney in 2000 and bought Reflector on import when I got back to England. I was convinced they'd be massive and can't believe they didn't have multiple album success all over the world.

Good video. Would be nice to have synced it up with audio from the desk. The mix follows the camera around. Love the song and love Ella's voice.

Horrible. She used to be an amazing singer and no longer has the chops. In all good faith, I sincerely and honestly hope she gets some lessons because she could sbe great again. But if this is what she wants then more power to her.

She has backup singers carrying her. But she seems to be a bit over it...

Very few live performers do after 20+ years delivering a song. Most are lazy with the notes & timing, believing (perhaps correctly) that the spectators are more interested in them than in the song.
@imho22782 жыл бұрын
If you ever sing along with an entire Killing Heidi album...their first one...those top notes are hard on your vocal cords. Like Eurhythmics, the vocal gymnastics wear you out. Ella developed nodules, and her voice dropped. To keep notes high, you need to develop head note technique and also pick your vowels. Celine Dion is a good exponent of this...decades of singing but still has her full range.

That was awful. The energy was there but the vocal was terrible

I saw Killing Heidi at the Viper Room Hollywood. CA. I thought they were alright.it was that long ago. I think she was 16 or 17..
