After the end of 2nd World War at Europe,Japanese was making preparation to invade India throughTripura,Manipur,Nagaland and Chittagong.The year 1942-45 saw anti-climax war of the war.Tripura was turned into an active World War battlefield.Under the direction of Tripura Maharaja Bir Bikram,all the Tripura Military were sent to Border for protection from War.In 1942-43,the military of Tripura arrive at Tripura after defeating Japanese soldiers and was given reception by public at Agartala.
