I participated in the FaZe vs. OpTic vs. 100 Thieves Founding Fathers event and it was amazing. OG MW2 Snipers only LAN with legends like Nadeshot, FaZe Banks, Scump, Shotzzy, and so many more. I ended up dropping 100 kills against them with some nasty highlights. The best way to celebrate FaZe's 14 birthday. Enjoy!

Obey Alliance and SoaR Sniping were much more OG than 100Thieves. For me, 100thieves don't really qualify as a founding father

To be fair, OpTic & FaZe are here as "founding fathers" of the call of duty sniping scene. 100T is really only there because Nadeshot is their leader and he's arguably a "founding father", since he was one of the most well known OG players of the competitive scene. However, a more likely reason is that this is a competitive game, qnd 100T is still one of the big 3 competitive teams out there. And SoaR & Obey were never in the same league as OpTic, FaZe & 100T. If it were less about competitive, and more about actual sniping forefathers of content creation, I'd say teams like Raw or Darth probably hold more of a right to be there than Obey or SoaR tbh.

OpTic only sniped, of course SoaR are gonna be better at the thing those teams didn't do.. 100T isn't that old, they came along way after trickshotting died. I do think that SoaR always had the better players than FaZe in actual clip standards, they just never had the same hype cause FaZe was always the end goal, hence why so many SoaR members joined FaZe anyway.
