What does he mean by that qoute?
@wraize785 ай бұрын
@@BigD8404 I’d take it to mean that if you’re not spiritually aware, then the devil will just run over you. In 1 Peter, the apostle says the devil is walking about “as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

This teaching answered soooooo many wuestions I never had answers for although I know God for so many years. My biggest struggle is to really believe from my heart that God loves me despite circumstances.NOW I GOT THE ANSWER - my own wrong understanding of sovereignty. THANK YOU FOR SETTING ME FREE

Hi Andrew, I have a question, When you mentioned Romans 8:28 where it says " And we know that all things work together for good" you said that's not true, were you saying that in the sense that people don't read the whole verse and just stop at the "all things work together for good" part? Because it continues "...to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." I think this is somewhat similar to Jerad's question, Does this simply mean that while God blesses all who truly believe in him and accept him, he does not bless those who do not?

Great question, Kyle! We encourage you to read Andrew's commentary on Romans 8:28 here: www.awmi.net/reading/online-bible-commentary/#/romans/8/28. If you have further questions after reading, please let us know. We want to be a blessing to you! -AWMI Team

First, I agree with your teachings, therefore, I'm not attempting to contend, but I do have a question: When JESUS rebukes the majority of the 7 churches in Revelation, He makes some hard statements toward them saying "repent, or I..." will do this or do that. In fact, in Revelation 2:23 He says "I will kill her children with death". So my question is, how does JESUS saying "I will kill her children" fit into the "no bad thing comes from GOD" category"? Because this is a New Covenant statement, it begs for an explanation. I ask because most teachers wouldn't have a scripturally supported answer, and I expect that you will. Thanks.
@AndrewWommackMin7 жыл бұрын
Jerad, thank you for your questions. Revelation 2:23 is speaking of the children of Jezebel. They will be killed. This is speaking of those who are begotten by her. It is those who bought into her lies. For these people to come under the wrath of God means they were not true believers. These people in the "7 churches" have committed spiritual adultery and have rejected Jesus. In the last days, they will be judged. God is good and we live in a period of grace when God is not judging or imputing sins. The only sin yet to be judged is that of rejecting Jesus. The Holy Spirit has been sent to reprove the world of sin (Jn. 16:8). What sin? Jesus goes on to declare: "of sin, because they believe not on me." (Jn. 16:9) The judgment of God will indeed fall on those who have rejected God's reconciliation. That is the final wrath that we see poured out at Jesus’ return. The sin of rejecting Jesus’ redemption did not exist until after His resurrection. Thus, there remains a penalty for that sin that is yet to be dealt with. We hope this helps to answer your questions. If you have further questions about this or another topic, please let us know. We want to be a blessing to you! -AWMI Team

Andrew Wommack I do have one more: What do we do with a verse such as 1 Cor 5:5 when it speaks of "handing someone over to Satan"? How does that fit in with the mentality of "all bad things are of the devil" teaching? Is the church working in unison with "Bad" in doing such a thing? Is GOD permitting the people of GOD to comply with "Bad" things to perform His final will? To hand someone over to Satan seems to offset that way of thinking to some degree. What are your thoughts? Thanks.
@doctorraccoon3336 жыл бұрын
Shall Prophesy well I'm not a pastor but I can say that what I believe it means is that after spending so much time counsuling the unrepentant believer who still won't listen, to hand them over to Satan is to let them go and for them to deal with the consequences and hopefully they would want to come back after the pain of isolation from the body gets to them. Of course now it seems totally useless today since it's more likely now that they just will not come back. Hopefully that answered your question.

One question. If God has no authority over evil. Then how in Job 1:12 when he said to Satin. Therefore everything he has is in your power. Satin couldn't touch him without Gods Authority.
@AndrewWommackMin7 жыл бұрын
Great question! In Job 1:12, the Lord was pointing out that all Job had was already in Satan’s power.This is because Job lived before the time of Abraham. God had not yet made a covenant with man, and therefore, Satan still had dominion over the earth as a result of the fall. If you'd like to hear more on the topic of Job, we encourage you to listen to Andrew's teaching, "The Book of Job," for free here: www.awmi.net/audio/audio-teachings/#/awm_l07_job.mp3. But satan couldn't touch Job life. Weapons will form but they don't prosper and Job admitted he had fear in him and fear causes a lot of attacks to come upon you.
@doctorraccoon3336 жыл бұрын
Anne Johnson yes and there is the fact that God told Satan NOT to kill Job. That is the biggest limit for an enemy, to be incapable to kill the one they hate.
