I've only watched a bit of this person's gameplay so I may be wrong here. However, some were but half the time this guy is just playing ratty himself and unfortunately that player is always going to have the upper hand in this game. It's impossible to clear everything and weed out all the rats. A lot of these kills are just people trying to track him down because he disappeared and engaged rat mode and they can only scan so many bushes
