Getting it any special item would prevent future special items from spawning, special items being run defining items that didn't have very good synergies, like Dr fetus, brimstone, Mom's knife, that type item

I feel like almost every new Brotato episode you release has me going, "that was absolutely wild." Not sure why I should be surprised at this point. 😂 I know the Brotato era is nearing its closure. I'm cautiously optimistic as to what will replace the slot. But I've watched your videos daily for years now so I'm sure it'll be worth it. Enjoy your vacation man.

Great episode as always! Would love to see a modlist when using multiple mods though. I know it's nothing major, but sometimes there's an item or character spotted that makes you go *di Caprio pointing meme* and shout "I want that!", but have no idea where it's from.

Its always weird when I see you pass an item that my monkey brain drools over one line. Then, most the time, you comment on why you didnt pick it up. Either, not worth the price, diminishing returns, or you just dont care cuz already to strong. And that makes me feel better knowing that its a good item but not vital to the build. Of course, you buy something that is less of a good idea with those saved funds and we get a silly build.

Love the content, but personally I’m burned out on Brotato. The game was fun to play for a while, but there’s just really not much depth past what you see. I haven’t tried mods myself yet. Did you find mods have helped keep you interested in playing?

As an outside observer... I'd say the 400+ episodes he has done would show that the mods definitely have kept him interested. It has been really neat seeing him play so many unique characters and mods with clever concepts. Long have the days passed from when he broke the Streamer on base Brotato before the nerf. Lol.

I played vanilla danger 5 all characters. I personally have more fun watching Retro at this point than playing the game. The mods can be fun and add a little more re-playability, but it depends on your preference.
