Ready to feel old? That little dude, Evan, was born *after* Buckeye's last pre-hiatus video. The Rising was performed in Feb of 2009, Evan was born at the beginning of March. Evan is playing what appears to be the very same guitar that Buckeye used in his first few videos. Holy crap... the circle of life continues. This brings a tear to the eye, dude.

Yeah. I remember that period when Evan was born. I noticed too that guitar Evan is playing in the old videos. Most of the time it was hang on the wall in the background. It's been a long time. During that period, Buckeye's videos were among my first guitar videos to watch as they were introduced to me by a friend who taught me how to play. He used Buckeye's videos as motivation examples to show me how good I would be it I became a pro. Just came to visit the page to see what's up and iam happy.

I remember coming across this channel when I first started high school. I’m due to graduate medical school this spring. It’s been such a long time. I can’t believe how much time has passed. I remember when the Rising first came out. I remember thinking it was the ultimate dad move knowing that song was written for your son. We’re all old here in the comments lol. It’s so heartwarming seeing him grown, almost ready for high school himself. It’s so cool that you spend quality time with him. Evan, your song is called The Rising for a reason. You’re gonna rise to the very top. Thanks for gifting us with timeless songs, Killr.

@talonclark45364 жыл бұрын
I remember watching your covers back in the day. Like Light too the Flies by Trivium was the very first cover I watched, which was amazing! After that I started watching all your covers and content. Then you wrote and created Arrival and The Rising. I loved both those songs, I still do. They are 2 of my instrumentals still too this day. It's great too see that your son is growing up and your back creating content after your long 10 year hiasis!! Inner balance and Disillusion are amazing as well!! 🙂
