I thought that guy might be on the autism spectrum, which could be a big positive for him, like the palsy guy who was on later, or like Drew Lynch's stutter, or another episode that had lady in wheel chair telling paralyzed jokes. If we knew a little more about him besides he's living in his van, could better appreciate his delivery. Tony needs to focus on guest more, pay attention! Roast 'em a little but dig for some truth. He should have caught on that the guy wasn't faking a stutter or speech pathology, he was speaking his truth, delivering his comedy and in need of some constructive criticism.
