Knuckles true power comes from the fact that Knuckle doesn’t have to fight you. He can just hide and let the interest add up on you.

And he doesnt take damage when getting hit by you. If you want to damage him you have to hit him with more interest then you need to pay back

You're quite right, Knuckle's APR is work the best under the circumstances that the opponents have similar level of strength like you or weaker than you. And plus, APR is reflects Knuckle's softness. The end product of this ability isn't for killing purpose on its own, but just to prohibit your opponents from fighting you, just to force the opponent to admit their ending in the fight.

Knuckles ability does allow him to fight opponents at a variety of levels, however once you get stronger opponents, then you need to get clever with stalling for time to build up interest.

Or just try to hit the oppenent as much as possible so the interest goes up faster.

HXH's power system is one of my favorite things about the series. It's so well balanced, interesting, and cool

What I love about this anime is that the main charachter is equal to the other charachters. There's no elements of Mary sue or silly power ups. Gon isnt the strongest and if he fights someone thats stronger then him he will lose, there's no outplay or plot armor, he just can't beat a oppenent stronger then him

@@DFC1154 yea but that was already established in the show. Conditions and the risks. Gon had a powerup but it made sense. And the result was he litteraly turned into a vegetable.

@@kc_h7h it is a deus ex machina. Its like if Kuririn try to suicide and killed Freeza or sakura owing madara. And he even be cjred by other deus ex machina and with the chance of bring back his powers. I love hxh, its one of my favorite shows ever but its not perfect, hxh have his issues and this power burst is clearly one of the biggest. The result of is great but the excuse for still just sound as a excuse. The power up he haved was like "100 to 10000". If he can do this and didnt was just cause he ia the peotagonist so everyone can? So the anime would be a shit, everyone could beat everyone just by sacrificing himself. So why the hunters just didnt send fucking leorio to be mad, became god and kill the king?? Or why Netero who is "10000nen didnt just sacrifice his nen and came with 100000000" power level???? In york shin Kurapika trained his ass off and created a complex power sacrificing himself slowly to kill just this few guys (that arent NEARLY strong as Pitou) and plus he only came this much powerfull cause when he get red eyes he become a op specialist. And yet he needed lot of inteligence and disgusting choices just to get a unsatisfactory temporary victory. Gon literaly was "im a shit, but im pissed off now im god and you dead". I dont mind that much with that deus ex machina, but when someome came and sell qualitys that arent real on one show i cannot see and dont try to debate, same when someome sell issues that isnt real..

@@DFC1154 all your questions can be answered. First of you have to be a enhancer to do it. He enhanced his body to its prime. Second, yes netero is a enhancer and could do it but there's no point. He is 110 and the nen of his remaining lifetime is small. And could every other enhancer do it? If you asked that question about gons powers ask the same question about kurapikas powers. Why didnt someone create a nen condition that makes them super strong but only against the king? My answer is the revolve behind it. Kurapikas resolve to kill the troupe is big so that's why his condition is so strong. Same with gon and pitou.

That's true. If HxH is an ordinary shounen, I can easily imagine that Gon and Killua defeat knuckle and shoot by gaining convenient power ups and go back to NGL in this episode. And Gon is the one who defeats Meruem and save the world

Just to run the numbers for you 😉 so you can understand the power gaps. Gon and knuckles have around 22,000 sure ( knuckles does have more but I for got the exact amount) but it's not that much higher. So we using 22,000 as the base. The royal guard is 10 - 14 times stronger then knuckles. I'll say 12 times giving the actual numbers later on. So 22,000 times 12 is 264,000. The royal guard aura level is seating at 264,000. The king is exactly 10 times stronger then the royal guard. 264,000 x 10 is 2,640,000. The king 👑 aura amount is 2,640,000 yikes 😬😳

actually there's some proof that youpi's aura is at the very least 370 000+, but it's estimated somewhere between 700 000 and 1 000 000. i saw somewhere it's 10+ times more than Morel actually, implying Morel have 70 000 it's possible that the 2 other have a little less, but it's quite obvious that Pitou's pop is higher, the absurd size of her nen is a good exemple of that.

@@gizel4376 I believe your 370,000 aura amount is the most accurate between us. I also saw that thread you saw for the 700,000 aura. That thread was false. If you go back in click on the thread and follow the reddit post you'd see that was a false aura amount. The guy just never corrected it. Also for closure. Youpi when under bankruptcy was about to get his power sealed around 250,000. He did use like 2 big atks. Which would bring his aura down. So I would say the 370,000 aura is accurate. Also my scaling comes from when knucks scales his nen to youpi. As knuckles has been the most accurate power scaler in the series. As his abilities directly relates to it. Also he breaks the math down this episode. Also we can also scale netero and killuas grand pa. Which the grand pa has 30% the amount of aura that pitou has. In if you scale netero that " maybe" had the same amount of aura. In netero him self said he had double the amount in his prime.

@@gizel4376 the size does matter. But there is also another factor. Which is nen control. It's hard to say youpi would be weaker then pitou as he was the tankiest of them all. Debatable. But pitou was definitely smarter by far.

@@wolfkingomega1405 no i said at the very least 370 689+ because that's where the apr was before getting disolve, in addition to what he spend and what was missing, 700 000 seems reasonable, and for the 700 000 estimate, i took it from knuckkles himself, it might be more it might be less, but there's more room for more that's why i would say anything between 550k and 1000k is believable
