I don't think that Visari is dead. In the opening scene of the game, Visari has green eyes. This guy is just a poser, and he's got brown eyes. I'm sure Visari won't keep himself open so easily.

@@Terranallias18 To be fair, Visari wanted to die. He was the puppet master, lured the ISA to come to Helghan, got their Fleet Commander and top hero killed, stole their nuclear weapons and became the ultimate martyr, all but destroying the ISA invasion fleet.

@@fredherbert7920 But the issue though he doesn't have a proper successor, if you want dictatorships to survive after you die, you have to find somebody who will personally carry your legacy on (which is why I wanted radec to survive) or your entire government will fragment as people compete for power.
