love being able to try the same problems on the kilter.!! much more translatable than watching an indoor boulder at a gym some viewers may not live near.

super strong. not sure if the camera lens is dirty or there's just too much chalk in the air. always nice to see vids of strong people working through. board climbs

Would you recommend starting the board at 30 degrees or so for someone new to kilter board climbing?

yea! putting the board at less of a steep angle makes the holds more positive so def more approachable if you're just starting out with board climbing.

Thanks! Right now, I do some of the conventional lifts/exercises - bench, overhead press, rows, squat, deadlift and spread them out over the span of 2 days per week. I phase in some weighted pulls and hangs closer to when I want to peak. Still experimenting!

why pulling down vs lifting up for testing finger maxes?

@@benagro299 pulling down is a bit more climbing specific but pulling from the ground better isolates the finger flexors - both are valid ways of testing finger strength
