So glad you did Kim Fields!! Love her and her Mother Chip, and little sister Alexis. Getting to her reality t.v. stint...I've always felt Kim was out of place on RHOA. See, if she was anything like her character, Regine on Living Single, she might have lasted longer. BUT....Kim is NOTHING like Regine. Kim is the epitome of "acting is just my day job". She's a homebody, she's very religious/spiritual, she's non-confrontational, and her world revolves around her family. When the ladies went on a trip, Kim cried because it was the first time she would be leaving her kids for more than a day. She didn't like the idea of not being able to bring her husband and kids along. Honestly--and not knocking RHOA--but she was and always will be too good for that show. She just doesn't have drama in her life like that. I don't know her personally. I'm just going off what she said herself about her time on the show.

Kim was my favorite on the housewives. I felt like she showed a realistic depiction of what a “housewife” is. She wasn’t for all the glits , glam, and DRAMA. I think she went in completely mislead about what reality tv is. I’m sure she thought the transition from sitcoms to reality tv would be similar but I think she got a rude awakening. I still loved watching her, everyone called her “boring” but I found her so refreshing on the show.

I love Kim Fields she has showed that you can be a child star and not be strung out on drugs or alcohol. I loved her on Facts of Life and Living Single. I loved she had her real mother on the show. She has made a name for herself as a director and much more Mrs Coffee maker. I love her new show with Mike Epps and Wanda as her mother. Kim did get no respect on RHOA but none of them has had the career she had and was jealous of her relationship with her husband. She was to good for that pretend show.
