Let me tell you I dropped my passport 7/2 at changi airports gate. I boarded my flight to Bali. At bali no passport. Changi airport found it at the boarding gate, it was on the next flight on SIA to bali for me to carryon my holiday in Bali. Thats SIA and Changi Airport for you!

Kim Huat and skyTrax are both right. Singapore is one of the best if not THE best airport u can find. In terms of clearance, we are also a very busy airport and it’s reasonable that there will be some small delay. I think that’s rational deduction. It’s doesn’t reflect well on someone to pass judgement online that an airport has declined just based on clearance time. That is irrational.

So so so true, kiasu and kiasu is the fuel of our Kaizen. So true, 1 hour is possible to get on the plane from your home, many can testify on this (off peak traffic hours). It takes much much more for a world-class airport to be voted as the best among all in the world, definitely NOT simply by having passengers clear immigration and leave the airport premises in 16mins!! 😅 That Indian guy is being smug himself that his country’s Delhi airport performs well for him. He’s entitled to feel proud of their airport but making sweeping statements about Changi Airport and making unfair comparisons are unnecessary and distasteful.
