Singapore is different from Malaysia. Don't have Mongolian model acting as "interpreter" for Top Secret Negotiations between France and Malaysia on submarine purchase. Later she demanded $$$ from Malaysian government. Singapore military procurement strictly above board. I guess that is why Malaysia insists on removing the Assets Company in High Speed Rail.
